SALOK (waterfall)

     Every summer, I always spend with old friends and family here. We call this place "SALOK" and it is located in our barangay, Barangay Dapdap, Tayabas City.

This is a simple river, and because of its cold running water, people here started to put the rocks to stop the water from running out and became like a pool. Salok also became one of the favorite spots here. We don't have entrance fee here, because for us, this is given by nature... and all citizens here knows that this is for all. In the morning, the water here is not that cold. But after 12 noon, I promise, you can't stay for 2 hours long 'cause the water become as cold as ice. 

Most of the workers here in Brgy. Dapdap, Tayabas City were about agriculture.

This is one of their projects and some of the people here really owns the farm they're working for.
