Hi guys! Nobody told me to do this... I'm just concern.
So I want to share some tips that you may also do/use if you want. It's just that, I don't want those things to happen again.
I'm also new to Driven (July 2014) and I can say that there's a big difference since I've joined here, it made me more motivated.
I've learned from my mistakes, these things really makes my work easier, faster, and lighter (in short-no stress). Hehe...
ADS MAKING
I already have lists of titles for
every project.
I save it on my notepad or word doc to make sure that there
will be no duplication of titles…
Collect diff. pictures from group page or make your own collateral.
Make sure that OLX already approved it before posting.
Don’t forget to put your contact numbers.
ANSWERING INQUIRIES
Always bring your phone wherever you go.
Pre-qualify your client before scheduling for tripping
(house viewing)
Save your client’s number on memory card (not on phone) cause I have this experience that unexpectedly…
my phone crashed and all the contacts were gone cause I only saved it on
phone.
Have a notebook & pen to take down notes.
GIVING FEEDBACK
Give your fastest
feedback when someone inquired.
Email
them when client gave their email add, give details if he/she is qualified.
Always check email.
THINK FIRST BEFORE YOU SEND
Double check the price list if it’s
still updated.
Wisely observe inquiries; know first if the question
sounds like a real buyer’s question.
Pre-qualify your client before
giving too much attention and details.
FOLLOW UP
Have time
to call or text your client to follow up their availability.
Try to contact those who inquired on your advertisement (OLX, Property24, FB Page, etc.) but didn't reply before.
HAVE A LIST
Update your list of clients
regarding on their concerns after your call.
List their questions.
Put remarks.
